Rick Horton - Area Director
Rick Horton has served with the Greater St. Louis Area FCA for more than 13 years.  In his current role of Area Director, he is responsible for the oversight of the staff and increasing community awareness of the local ministry.


Walt Enoch- Professional Sports Ministry
Walt is one of the original staff members of the local FCA ministry and currently serves the needs of professional athletes residing in the area.


Erik Arneson - Metro East Area Representative

Erik has been on staff with the St. Louis FCA since the mid-1990's and is in his third year of serving to further the community involvement in the Metro East.


Derrill Martin - St. Charles Area Representative

Derrill has more than 13 years of FCA ministry experience.  He first joined staff in 1984, alongside Walt Enoch, to develop the huddle ministry and then returned in 2007 to represent FCA in the five-county St. Charles area.  He hopes his service to this area will aid in enhancing community, campus, coaches and camp ministry, while still sharing in the ministry with the Greater St. Louis FCA board and staff.  His wife, Becky, is a full-time missionary and advocate for ministry in the Philippines.


Lindsay Carlile - Campus Ministry Director

Lindsay has been serving the Greater St. Louis Area FCA coaches and athletes since October 2006.  She connects with coaches in our women's ministry through weekly coaches huddles, monthly fellowship activities and personal visits.  She also serves coaches and student-athletes on more than 30 campuses and directs the Girls Weekend of Champions, Girls Sports Camps and the 2009 Huddle Leadership Conference.


Marsha Branco - Office Manager

Marsha supports our field staff through her full-time role as Office Manager by handling finances, answering phones and supporting the administrative needs of Community Development, Board of Directors and the area director. She has served the local FCA ministry since 1998 and some of her hobbies include: reading, walking, and singing.
